Locked Up for Being Sick?
[Article] Robert Daniels has been locked up since July 2006, and could very well remain locked up for the rest of his life. He now resides in a section of a Phoenix county hospital (USA) reserved for sick criminals. He has a drug resistant strain of tuberculosis.
